This “Super IT Spares” site is created and controlled by Distimax Pty Ltd. “Super IT Spares” is a registered trading name for Distimax Pty. Ltd in the State of New South Wales, Australia. As such, the laws of “New South Wales” will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Payment and Prices
Pricing & Tax
SuperITSpares is operated from Australia, but services and supports other parts worldwide. Our website operates so that it will match your IP address to your country where possible. This is in order to serve you a relevant website, that in particular defaults to the correct pricing or best known currency we can support for that country.
The regions and detail on pricing and taxes are outlined below:

All other countries will default to the $US pricing.
All orders shipped to Australian addresses, no matter which currency the order is placed with, must have GST applied as per Australian law.
While all due care has been taken to design the website so it serves the correct country information it is the users responsibility to check that they are transacting in the correct currency and tax requirements.
Payments
- Payment is accepted by Credit Card or Paypal via our website.
- Payments are transacted in the selected currency.
- A shipping note will be included with each Australian shipment unless otherwise specified. An invoice will be shipped with all shipments to countries outside Australia, to comply with export requirements. Serial numbers will be included on these documents.
- Invoices will be emailed upon confirmation of payment.
SuperITSpares reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice. Products are advertised and quoted as available at the time and due to their limited nature may not be available at a later date.
If SuperITSpares is shipping the order, you will incur a delivery charge, unless agreed otherwise. Options for delivery type and charges will be advised and applied during checkout.
Credit Card Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us:
- Any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete;
- Charges incurred by you will be honoured by the buyers credit card company;
- You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.
When purchasing from SuperITSpares, card details are transmitted through a secure server using eWay Rapid 3.1 AP payment gateway. Card data is not hosted by SuperITSpares after processing. SuperITSpares is not liable for any privacy breach by eWay.com.au. Please find their privacy policy at http://www.eway.com.au/company/legal#privacy.
SuperITSpares reserves the right to exercise its lawful remedies if a dispute arises over payment through the Buyer's credit card provider. In particular, but without limitation, if the Buyer's credit card provider rejects a payment when due, SuperITSpares at its discretion may delay or cancel delivery of orders placed by the Buyer. In which case, cancelled orders would be refunded.
SuperITSpares will verify the credit card information submitted by the Buyer and will advise the Buyer that the order has been accepted. The Buyer agrees to submit to SuperITSpares such information as may be reasonably requested by SuperITSpares for the authorisation and verification of its credit card purchases.
Non-standard payment or ordering methods
Customers may also pay via Direct Bank Deposit with prior approval. Please note you must be approved in writing to utilise this service.
If a buyer's account is placed on hold due to non-payment, or an account is unpaid, SuperITSpares (Distimax Pty Ltd) will be entitled to claim all reasonable expenses for collection, including legal fees incurred in connection with this.
Orders can also be processed via phone, should this option be preferred by the buyer.
Order Acknowledgement
The buyer must complete all information requested on the order form before the order can be processed in full.
SuperITSpares will not accept orders:
- If all the required information fields are not completed;
- If the Buyer does not offer to pay by one of the payment methods listed;
- If the Buyer’s credit card provider does not confirm payment, or if payment has not been transferred into PayPal or bank account.
The Buyer will receive an email from SuperITSpares acknowledging the items ordered and confirmation of payment. The Buyer will be contacted by SuperITSpares should payment not be received to arrange payment before the items will be released for shipment. If the Buyer is unable to proceed with the payment, the order will be cancelled by SuperITSpares.
The Buyer will be informed on successful check out of the expected despatch date of order. In the case that not all items are available on the same lead-time, the Buyer will have the option at checkout to receive all items in one delivery or multiple deliveries. Should the Buyer choose multiple deliveries this may incur an additional delivery charge, however SuperITSpares may choose to contact the Buyer with alternative options. Due to the nature of electronics items and the possibility of failure during testing, SuperITSpares reserves the right to cancel and refund an order at any time. In this case, the customer will be contacted by SuperITSpares and refunded in full.
In the case of International orders SuperITSpares reserves the right to withdraw the multiple delivery option at checkout page.
Stock Availability
The Buyer accepts that some items may not be in stock at the time of purchase and it is possible that delivery may be experienced for a period up to 25 days. The Buyer will be notified if delivery time is expected to exceed 25 days. In the case that multiple items have been ordered, the Buyer will have the opportunity at checkout to select a single delivery of all items or multiple deliveries; the Buyer accepts that a multiple delivery option may incur additional delivery charges. Should Super IT Spares be unable to source items listed on the website, the Buyer will be notified via email and the full amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded.
