Returns & Warranty

At all times SuperITSpares adheres to the NSW Fair Trading Laws Regarding Refunds for all orders.

Products with a SuperITSpares Warranty

The Buyer must complete the form below within the warranty period to request a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number. Warranty returns are handled on a case by case basis in accordance with at least the provision of the NSW Fair Trading policies.

Products with a HP Warranty

Contact SuperITSpares for warranty claims within 30 days of purchase date, for HP warranty claims after this period please use the following link for instructions on how to lodge an HP warrant claim.

Other returns such as change of mind must be completed within 7 days of receipt of the item. Returns are handled on a case by case basis in accordance with at least the provision of the NSW Fair Trading policies. Please note that a simple change of mind will incur a restocking fee of 20% of total value (or minimum $50), whichever is greater and a credit to you for purchasing other items will be given. Assuming the goods are in the same condition as dispatched, if not a higher restocking fee may apply or restocking may be rejected at the discretion of SuperITSpares. Any item(s) specially ordered, and not from local stock is non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.

All items for return must be sent back and received by the seller within 8 working days (Inc transit time) of receiving an approved RMA number. Approval for return must be requested before returning any item. NO returns will be accepted if the item is not the same matching serial number, item is damaged or its original manufacturers packaging is damaged in the case of new or manufacturer refurbished items (marked, or written on e.g. senders name and address directly on the box, damage in transit, grease marks, damage from opening (inc broken seal). It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during the return.

Replacement and or credits are only processed once the item(s) have been returned in the exact condition and specification as shipped. A replacement or refund is at the sellers (SuperITSpares) discretion only.

Buyer is responsible for shipment postage/courier costs for returns. The Buyer has the right to use the SuperITSpares courier or their own, at the buyer’s expense.

SuperITSpares may also offset and deduct from any refund due to the Buyer all sums owed by the Buyer to SuperITSpares.

Supply of Incorrect Item

Should the Buyer receive an item that does not conform with an order, the Buyer should contact returns@superitspares.com within 7 days of receiving the item and an RMA will be raised. On approval, SuperITSpares will arrange for collection of the incorrect item – the incorrect part must be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition. On receipt of the incorrect item SuperITSpares will arrange delivery of the correct item at no extra cost to the Buyer or a refund if another item is not readily available.

Items Received Damaged

The Buyer should inspect the package on delivery and refuse delivery if the packaging is damaged. The Buyer should then contact returns@superitspares.com and report the damaged shipment. A replacement item will be shipped to the Buyer if available, or a refund given, at the discretion of SuperITSpares, after receipt of the returned item.

Cancellation of Order

Buyer wishes to cancel an order prior to shipment. The Buyer should contact SuperITSpares immediately, in the case that the item has not left the SuperITSpares warehouse; a refund will be processed to the Buyer by return means of payment. (Unless the item(s) are a special order these cannot be cancelled, unless otherwise agreed). In the case that the item has already left SuperITSpares warehouse the order will them be treated as a return due to ‘Ordered Wrong Item’. The Buyer must contact returns@superitspares.com and request an RMA. On approval the Buyer must return the item to SuperITSpares unused and in its original packaging and condition. Return postage cost is the Buyers responsibility. On receipt and inspection of the item SuperITSpares will process a refund – the Buyer accepts this may incur a 40% restocking fee.

Delivery at your End

The Buyer must ensure someone is available to sign for an order at the delivery address. If there is no one there at the time a calling card may be left and the Buyer may be required to pick the order up from the nominated location or arrange a new time for delivery. Please also note the shipping carrier may charge extra for this service.

Unusual Orders

Please note that larger orders or orders where the size, weight, or location would dictate that the cost of shipment would vary, may incur extra freight charges. This would be discussed with the Buyer prior to dispatch.

Note regarding delivery process:

On receipt of an order all stocked products are picked and packed as quickly as possible in the order they are lodged.
